Many sample pack companies lie when they advertise their products as "Royalty Free." A common marketing strategy of sample pack labels is to advertise their products as "Royalty Free," however when a music creator has a successful song using one of their loops, the Sample Pack company will make a copyright claim on that artists' original music the moment it crosses the 1 million stream mark.
There are obvious ethical implications of using disengenious marketing language to sell these sample packs. At Beach Roads, we simply disagree with such a business model. We are in the business of empowering music creators and beat makers, not tricking them to leach off their royalties!
